Includes: member identities, personal health data, business information, research findings, and any content marked as member-only that is shared within Vitalism community spaces (including but not limited to member updates, Telegram groups, and private events).

You Agree To:

• Keep Confidential Information private and not share it outside the Vitalism community
• Not disclose the identity of other members without their explicit consent
• Not use Confidential Information for commercial purposes without written permission
• Notify Vitalism immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure

This Agreement:

• Remains in effect indefinitely, even after membership ends
• Does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through no fault of yours
• Is governed by the laws of Delaware
